In order to provide services for the developing projects within DEDZ, the local government has authorized administrative committee of that at city level in the field of economic management, and the new system of “independent management, open style operation” is being implemented. According to the principle of “small organ, perfect service” and “top quality”, the necessary internal departments under Administrative Committee of DEDZ are established as the secretary’s office, bureau for investment promotion, bureau of the plan & construction, the financial bureau, and the bureau for auditing, and branch organs of the government as industry & commerce management, taxation, levy of land, public security as well as service organs as municipality management, insurance, law advise, supply of heating, power, water, etc. The administrative examining and approval hall was founded. When you carry out investment project in DEDZ, all approval formalities will be done in one hall, and all affairs will be solved on the spot. The management committee of DEDZ promises:
