Highway and railway The expressway in Dongying has been connected with the main line to Qingdao, Jinan, Shanghai, Fuzhou and the expressway to Tianjin and Beijing are under alanning.Dongying is also connected with Jiaozhou-Jinan railway through Zibo-Dongying railway.Both Huanghua-Dongying-Dajiawa railway and Bohai rim expressway which are under construction will go through the development zone.

Airport Dongying airport has opened airlines to Beijing,and the airlines to Shanghai, Xinjiang, Shenzhen and Ha-erbin will be opened in succession.

Port Dongying port is the national first-class open port approved by the State with one 5000tons berth and five 300tons berths, and the planning 10000tons berth will be opened in two years. At that time,a Bohai rim maritime line will be formed by Tianjin port, Qingdao port and Dongying port.

Seven utilities & land filling DEDZ has developed and ompleted a highstandard of infrasructure-“Seven-utilities & land-filling”-namely roads, power, water, gas, steam, drainage, communication and leveled land. The infrastructure construction will be done under the standard of central city, and the government will undertake the most fees so as to reduce the investment cost of enterprise. In DEDZ, the present capacity of water supply is 50,000tons/day, drainage is 100,000tons/day, natural gas supply is 2000m3/hour, and steam supply is 153tons/hour. The volume of power supply is 5000,000kVA/day and all the electricity resources with different levels (200KV, 110KV, 35KV, 10KV) can supply power with double electricity resources. The bearing capability of telephone in DEDZ is 10,000. The capability of living wastewater treatment is 100,000tons/day and will reach 200,000tons/day in the near future with the final capacity of 400,000tons/day. And the industrial wastewater treatment plant with capability of 40,000tons/day will be built in this year.
